About the Journal
MALA IN SE: Jurnal Hukum Pidana, Kriminologi, dan Viktimologi is a peer-reviewed legal journal published by Yayasan Pendidikan dan Pelayanan Kesehatan Rahmat Husada and managed by Institute of Strategic and Global Studies. The journal is published biannually in April and October and provides immediate open access to its content, supporting the broader dissemination and exchange of scholarly knowledge in criminal law and justice studies.
MALA IN SE aims to provide an academic platform for scholars, researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and criminal justice professionals to publish original research articles, conceptual papers, and review studies related to criminal law, criminology, victimology, and contemporary criminal justice challenges. The journal encourages interdisciplinary, critical, and progressive approaches in addressing crime, punishment, security, radicalization, and victim-centered justice within both national and global contexts.
